We’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Fitter who thrives in a hands-on, team-oriented environment. In this role, you’ll apply CWB-recommended techniques, contribute to welding tasks, and help ensure our equipment meets the highest standards of quality and safety.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Apply CWB-recommended techniques as outlined in our training guide
- Follow machine setting parameters provided by our in-house CWB-approved representative
- Be open to feedback and peer coaching
- Perform welding tasks as needed
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
- Identify and report safety hazards to your supervisor
- Carry out any other tasks as outlined in the collective agreement
WORK CONDITIONS
- Unionized position
- Day shift, Monday to Friday (40 hours/week)
- Hourly wage based on the Collective Agreement
YOUR PROFILE
- CWB tacking card and blueprint reading skills (or equivalent experience)
- Valid crane operation certification
- Level I classification (or equivalent skills)
- Strong awareness and respect for safety protocols
- Reliable, focused, and detail-oriented
- Works well in a team environment
- Bilingual (French/English)
- Other requirements as per the collective agreement
