Hitches for Light Duty Trucks

The F550 / Dodge series hitch, intended for chassis of greater than 17,500lbs GVWR is a class 8 design, scaled down in weight and dimensions to fit a Ford 550 or Dodge 5500 series chassis. The 4-point pin on the design allows off-season removal in minutes. The mast is designed utilizing heavy duty angle, plate and tube construction for extreme durability. The mount kit includes a 3/4” plate attachment to the chassis frame for heavy duty installations. The plow pick arm does not interfere with driver visibility of the road. The mast includes integral cross tubes for wing plow installation. This hitch includes a nitrided cylinder rod for increased corrosion resistance.

Heavy duty, durable low mount hitch designed specifically for 4×4 International CV / Chevy chassis features 4- point pin-on design for off-season removal in minutes. The top of the mast matches the bumper line, allowing hoods with fixed grilles to tilt over the hitch for chassis service.

The “PT” hitch utilizes a rock-solid bumper plate to cheek plate mount for extreme durability and long-life, transferring the plow forces directly onto the chassis frame. The mast is heavy duty angle construction.

The “Tilt” hitch utilizes a mast design, incorporating tube construction in the mast with wider side plates on the chassis base, to mount directly to the truck frame extension transferring the plow forces directly onto the chassis frame. Capable of full double wing operation with no cheek plates necessary.

Both types are compatible with front engine PTO / pump assemblies, single or dual front mount wing plow systems and reversible or one-way plows. Hydraulic dismount system for front plow utilizing “candy-cane” design. The Power Tilt Quick Connect system offers a quick mount and dismount of the front plow. This allows fleets to remove the front plow when parking in the barn. Heavy-duty long-lasting design for years of trouble-free service. Compatible with reversible or one-way plows.
